Iheb Ayed is the Founder and CEO of Iheb Ayed Properties, a licensed real estate brokerage based in Dubai and part of Ayed Group. Iheb built the company on a simple idea: owning property should be within reach for anyone, wherever they are in the world, and the process should be handled with total transparency.

Since founding the company, Iheb has worked directly with investors, end users and families across the Gulf, Europe and North Africa, guiding them through every stage of a Dubai property purchase — from choosing the right project and understanding a developer’s payment plan, to handling the paperwork, registration with the Dubai Land Department, and handover. He works as often with first-time buyers taking their first step into off-plan investment as he does with repeat investors building a multi-unit portfolio.

Iheb Ayed Properties is licensed and regulated by the Dubai Land Department under RERA ORN 52085, and holds Trade License No. 1518787. Every transaction the company handles — sales, rentals and off-plan brokerage — is carried out under this license, and every client receives real market data rather than sales pressure: realistic pricing, honest timelines, and a clear breakdown of fees such as the Dubai Land Department’s 4% registration charge.

Because Dubai’s real estate market draws buyers from across the world, Iheb personally serves clients in Arabic, English and French, which lets him negotiate, explain contracts and manage paperwork directly with clients without relying on a translator — a detail that matters most during negotiation and at handover.
